Bayleaf Authentic Indian Cuisine

We ordered take out for a group of 4 and really enjoyed our selections. When placing the order we were given great advice on spice levels which helped us cater to everyone’s liking. We asked for the order to be ready for a specific time and they were ready exactly then with hot food. The dishes were appropriate portions for the price and were all delicious. I have eaten Indian food in many large cities and Belleville is lucky to have Bay Leaf for great food in a lovely restaurant. Those who complain should speak to the staff at the time of eating to see if it can be corrected immediately rather than write mean reviews after the fact. I will return to Bay Leaf to eat at the restaurant for sure!

This is the 2nd time I have been here to dine in. Both times the food has been INCREDIBLE! The Veggie rice, lamb vindaloo, chicken Tikka missala and tandoori chicken are ALL top choices. I highly highly recommend this place to anyone that wants an authentic Indian flavour and I appreciate the people in the kitchen cooking the best indian food in the area! If you dont mind waiting a few extra minutes for your food, its ALWAYS a great place to sit down and eat and have a great beverage. Thank you so much!

Delicious food, loved the atmosphere and decor, friendly staff, clean bathrooms, great location and right beside lots of parking. The butter chicken was the best I've ever tried.

Ordered some catering for a group of 10 and it was incredible! Everything came right on time, hot and ready to serve. The whole group was very impressed with the spread (many getting 2nds) and there was still lots left. Price was super reasonable for the quality and the flaours. They worked with me on the menu, adjusting it to our needs and budget (and spice levels). My personal favourite is the garlic naan and channa masala. If you have to feed a group - highly recommend BayLeaf for catering.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience here. The service though I found a little slow was still pleasant overall. The atmosphere was great especially watching this game of tag in India in the television. The food itself was excellent as were the drinks. We would definitely return on our next trip to Belleville.
